Here is a free standing Pantry Cabinet suitable for most kitchens. The species used for this project is Red Oak with a Golden Oak stain. The sealer coat on this project was a full gloss polyurethane, capable of handling anything that comes boiling out of the microwave. The doors are the standard Rail & Stile construction with raised panels and concealed hinges. The unit pictured stands 6' tall, 28" wide and 18" deep to the faceframe.


Back to Top BACK TO GALLERY	The top compartment provides great storage for cookbooks. The bottom compartment has 2 adjustable shelves and 1 fixed to stow specialty appliances that don't normally see everyday use. The crown molding around the top is fabricated as an accessory item that can simply be lifted off to completely change the appearance of the unit.
